AESS IS ACTIVELY ACCEPTING SITE HOST APPLICATIONS FOR EVENTS 2026 AND BEYOND
We invite those interested to review the proposal guidelines and submit a proposal today.
Our annual conference brings an interdisciplinary approach to environmental issues in an academic setting. We take a collegial approach where ideas are shared in small, informal sessions that are panel, paper, and presentation based and include roundtable discussions at meals. Students, professors, and government and industry professionals alike participate in lively and interactive sessions that cover topics across the conference theme. Our conference also provides the opportunity to learn about tools, resources, and the host city through exhibitions and field trips.
AESS SITE HOSTS
For years where AESS holds online meetings, we invite site hosts to plan regional (or hyper-local) meet-ups. In 2024, a Lynchburg hub hosted a handful of AESS members for in-person viewing parties for keynote and awards/business meeting. Plus, local hosts organized a group dinner and provided information and recommendations for lodging, sightseeing and outings. Submit your interest for more information by completing this form.
