Complete electronic form, print, and bring to the event to pay and finalize your registration OR just come to the University of Arizona June 21-23, room S107 in ENR2 Building located at 1064 E. Lowell Street, Tucson, AZ 85719.

Daily registration hours vary; instructions and hours will be posted at the registration desk. Please be sure to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your first session to allow adequate time for registration check-in.

The Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences 9th annual conference opens on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.  Professional development workshops are being offered on Wednesday morning and afternoon. Full day workshop sessions or those who are participating in a morning and afternoon workshop session will enjoy two coffee breaks and lunch on site. Half-day workshop participants will enjoy one coffee break during their session.

The full conference registration fee includes:

  • Wednesday opening reception
  • Thursday AESS member meeting
  • Friday evening reception (guest tickets available)
  • coffee breaks, continental breakfast, lunch
  • all sessions Thursday-Saturday
  • film night, field trips* unless otherwise noted, and all plenaries and keynotes

*For field trips (Friday morning), please review the AESS Conference field trip page for details pertaining to each trip and be prepared for weather conditions with proper attire.

The University of Arizona will arrange for several meals on-site. Select meals are included with conference registration and will be outlined on the Conference agenda once registration opens. All other meals can be purchased individually by the attendee during the conference. Attendees will be provided with alternate dining options via  Conference Venue page.

Online Registration (regular rates) – May 11 through June 6, 2017

AESS Hotel Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by May 20th, 2017 and reference the room block.

The on-campus dorm room fees for confirmed registrations are non-refundable after April 12th. 

The conference fee is non-refundable after May 31st.
